LOCATION
Customer’s choice. Must be located in Central Maui, HI.
START TIME
Arrival: 8:15-8:30 AM. Departs approximately 8:45am.
END TIME
Approximately 5:00 PM.
WEAR
Comfortable athletic clothing, hiking boots, hat, jacket and sunscreen are recommended for the ride and hike.
Bathing suit and personal snorkeling gear if desired.
We can provide snorkels and masks for an additional fee.

Professional Tour Escort, 50cc Scooter & Fuel, Helmet With Eye Protection, Hotel Pickup if requested.
NOT INCLUDED
Meals. A picnic is recommended to be packed for this trip. There are multiple locations throughout the trip for a scenic picnic.

Tour starts at the customer’s hotel or similar convenient location (Depending on the distance from Kahului an addition travel time fee may apply). First we finalize all paperwork and then cover scooter usage /safety and Hawaiian Scooter laws. Once everyone is comfortable, we then start off North West around the West Maui Mountains.
The Escort will follow the coastline offering multiple pull off and scenic photo opportunities. Journeying around the back side of the mountains, we pass the Olivine tidal pools where guests can hike down and take a quick dip in the naturally formed tidal pools created from the random cooling of ancient lava fields and the proximity to the raging ocean in the background.
After a quick dip we next stop at the Acid War Zone trail. This is one of the most amazing ancient lava fields on Maui that is constantly blasted by the sea giving it an other worldly feel. We will be hiking from the road down to the ocean then following the coastline to the famous Nakalele Point Blowhole. This is a great place for a picnic and a break.
After exploring Nakalele Point, our Escort will direct you to a beautiful local hidden cove paradise. This location is ideal for swimming, cliff diving and snorkeling referred locally to as Namalu bay. Namalu bay offers an outdoor shower – Bring a towel.
Finally, the Escort will conclude the tour by seeing you safely back the way you came to your hotel.

DO I NEED A DRIVERS LICENSE?
Yes – You Must Be At Least 18 With A Valid Drivers License. A Motorcycle License Is NOT Required.
HOW MANY RIDERS ARE REQUIRED FOR A TOUR?
Minimum For A Tour Is 2 Scooter Rentals. Please Request A Quote For Parties Larger Than 4 Riders. For Safety We Limit Max Group Size To 7 Scooters.
DO I NEED A HELMET?
In the State of Hawaii you are not required to wear a helmet on 50cc Scooters. Tour packages include access to a DOT rated helmet at no additional cost upon request.

Meet up at your hotel or hostel and finalize pre tour checklist.
Meet at Customer’s Hotel to finalize pre tour checklist.Discuss Hawaii State Scooter and Moped Laws.
Practice starting and stopping, signaling and basic scooter usage.
Confirm tire pressures and all lights functionality.
8:45 AM – Depart toward the backside of the West Maui Mountains.
8:45 AM – 10 AM – Travel the North West Coastline of Maui.
10:00 AM – 10:45 AM – Photos and swimming in the Olivine tidal pools.
10:45 AM – 11:10 AM – Travel the coastline switchbacks to the Northern tip of Maui.
11:15 AM – 11:25 PM – Hike the path to a old lighthouse over looking the Acid War Zone trail down to the ocean.
11:25 AM – 12:00 PM – Hike the Acid War Zone trail to the Nakalele Blowhole.
12:00 PM – 12:20 PM – Relaxing Picnic or snacks by the Nakalele Blowhole.
12:20 PM – 12:45 PM – Hike the Acid War Zone trail back to the scooters.
12:45 PM – 1:10 PM – Scoot to our last stop on the tour.
1:10 PM – 1:15 PM – Hike down to Namalu Bay.
1:15 PM – 2:45 PM – Swimming, Snorkling, Cliff Diving / Jumping & Photos.
Approximately 2:45 PM – 3:15 PM – Hike back to showers.
3:15 PM – 5:00 PM – Scoot back to customer’s hotel.
